Live Music and Food Trucks
Our current list of food trucks, live semi-acoustic music and entertainment that is all free to access at the brewery. We aim to have a food offering on a Friday where possible and a food truck every Saturday of the weekend with music on the same day. We will always have free delivery available from the local 350 Burger team and also the Bordon Curry House for days when they is no on site food trucks to make sure you are looked after!
On bank holidays we also try to have even more music and food trucks available.

Friday 27th September
Open Mic/ Jam Night
Oishi Buns - 5pm to 8pm
This Friday is our first jam night/ open mic. PA and backline will be provided, just bring instruments, plug in and play! Everyone is encouraged to get involved, we'll see you there!
Oishi buns is an Asian fusion street food stall selling tasty Japanese gyoza and Taiwanese baos. Oishi buns baos have all kinds of delicious fillings from slow cooked pulled pork to fried chicken, and aubergine and halloumi for the veggies. They also do unreal loaded tots, curry bowls and gyozas. You do not want to miss these guys!
Saturday 28th September
Food Truck - Sprinkle of Saffron - 5pm to 8pm
Live Music - Rhys Rowland - 6.00pm to 8.00pm
Maverick favourite Sprinkle of Saffron are back next Saturday. Seema will be here serving up delicious fresh homemade contemporary curries and sides. They're all brilliant, the only bad thing is you might be too full to try them all! Bring some mates along and get sharing next Saturday, it's going to be a good one.

​Rhys Rowland is a young singer/songwriter who plays both acoustic and exciting electric guitar. Expect a mixture of covers from pop to rock and some awesome originals.

5-8pm Susan's Cruisin' Cuisine
Susan’s Cruisin’ Cuisine are passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences. Led by founder and chef Susan Currie, Susan’s Cruisin’ has an ever-changing menu of Asian, African and Caribbean cuisine, from Jerk Chicken to Curries and sides of Jollof rice to Plantain.
Saturday 5th October
Cookhouse Street Food 5-8pm
Fleur Ash 6-8pm
This Saturday we've got Cornish's Cookhouse Streetfood making their return. This is street food at its highest quality. These guys don't mess around when it comes to bringing premium to you, and were with us on our busiest day last summer. They really stand out from the crowd and have an extensive menu with Veggie and Vegan bites also on offer. Come down and treat yourself this Saturday!

Fleur Ash
We all love when Fleur Ash comes to Maverick, and it's a guaranteed brilliant time when she does. Fleur plays her own interpretations of pop songs and classics, with a powerful voice to match. She always brings in a great crowd, and Saturdays with Fleur epitomise the warm and homely vibe we want at Maverick. Saturday the 18th is not a date you'll want to miss!
Friday 11th October
Food : Club Pizza Pizza 5-8​
Club Pizza Pizza- pizza so nice, you say it twice! They cook up traditional Neopolitian style pizza in their mobile wood-fired oven. Using only the best ingredients and local produce, Club Pizza Pizza boast a range of delicious pizzas from Nduja to Vegi Fungi and have regularly changing specials.
Saturday 12th October
Food: Crumpy's Smoke Shack- 5pm to 8pm

Live Music : Molly McKenna 6-8pm​
This Saturday we welcome the home of all things tasty and BBQ'd with Crumpy's Smoke Shack. Adam and his team specialise in smoked local produce- Surrey Farms' brisket, beef chuck and buttermilk fried chicken. Not only a treat for carnivores, Crumpy's offer mouth-watering vegetarian options with their signature smoky expertise- smoked Portobello mushroom burgers and a range of loaded fries. What a way to start off the weekend!

You might have seen Molly McKenna here with Harry Davies supporting on guitar, or perhaps as her band the Space Fishermen. This time, talented singer/songwriter Molly is here performing a solo set. Molly has a powerful voice and will be playing a selection of covers and originals with her Ukulele. You won’t want to miss this!
Friday 18th October
Food Truck - Yorkie Wrap Company 5-8pm

The Yorkie Wrap Co is a blend of modern and traditional British street food, curated by three sisters with a combined 35 years of experience in managing award-winning British gastro restaurants and hotels. They specialise in Yorkshire pudding wraps and gourmet rolls. You heard that right, it’s a roast dinner in a yorkie wrap. Wow. They’ve got everything from beef brisket to chicken and pork with all the trimmings, greens, roasties stuffing, gravy and more. Of course, they’ve got vegan and veggie options to match with vegan ploughman’s and baked cauliflower cheese.

Food Truck: The Greek Way - 5pm to 8pm

The Greek Way are a professional family-run business specialising in traditional Greek cuisine. Using only the freshest ingredients they have a varied menu of mediterranian delights. You can’t go wrong with souvlaki pitta gyros, and they’ve got a range of fillings and sides from mixed meat to kofte, Greek sausage and for the veggies halloumi and falafel.

​Martin and his culinary nomad team are on a mission to serve incredible food with infectious smiles. They’ve got everything from Wagyu burgers to buttermilk chicken, and a whole host of veggie and vegan bites from delicious Buddha bowls, to curries and chillis. These guys are true to name and really know how to serve up Top Nosh!

Music: Abi Powell 6-8pm

​Abi Powell is a 27 year old singer-songwriter from Bracknell. She performs all over the Berkshire area and is heavily involved with the local music scene, promoting and playing at open mics. It’s a maverick debut for Abi, and we’re sure you’re all going to be blown away by her powerful voice and soulful covers.

Saturday 2nd November
Food Truck - Fire and Rocket - 5pm to 8pm​
Music- Niko 6-8pm
Fire and Rocket are the “rolls Royce of outside catering”. They’re bringing delicious freshly baked sourdough pizzas and flatbreads. From Spicy meaty to portobello and goats cheese, there’s something for vegi’s and meat-eaters alike.

Niko is a full time composer of Film and TV and often performs under the moniker “VLMV”. His music has been described on BBC6 Music as “a beam of light through a dark, cold night”. He regularly plays around Hampshire and Sussex solo and in various other groups, which is only a testament to his experience and skill as a professional musician.

Food Truck - Mama Lourdes Pizza 5-8pm
Music- Dom Gee-Burch 6-8pm
Dom Gee-Burch is back at the tap after a brilliant and busslingly busy previous performance. Dom is one of the masterminds and performers behind 440 Theatre/ ShakesBeer who performed A Midsumer Night’s Dream this summer at the Tap. He’s also a talented musician who also plays in an 80's cover band. We're sure his picture tells you everything you need to know...! He'll be toning it down a bit to suit the acoustic taproom vibe, but still expect a fun-filled nostalgic trip through acoustic and 80's classics.

Mama Lourdes Pizza are a Surrey based authentic Italian Pizza company. They are passionate about pizza and only use the finest ingredients to ensure their food is the highest quality. All their key ingredients are specially selected and sourced from Italy! Dough is left to raise for 24 hours to ensure delicious raising bases and huge puffed crusts. Their menu is extensive with all the classics and rotating specials, as well as delicious pizzas for vegis and vegans. Don’t miss out on these guys!​​

Friday 15th November
Food Truck - Earth to Oven 5-8pm

Earth to oven are Maverick newcomers who specialise in all things flatbread, with an emphasis on the environment. Everything is made in house using local, seasonal produce. Think thick loaded flatbreads with everything from shredded chicken to curry sauce, charred halloumi and red pepper hummus to plant based cajun bites. They also make a whole host of mouth-watering sides, from crispy mac n’ cheese bites to crispy potatoes and falafels. This is heartwarming food at its finest.

​Becky was one of the first people to play at Maverick and we keep getting her back due to popular demand! This talented multi-instrumentalist plays covers and originals on keys and guitar. You might have caught her on being played on BBC Introducing or rocking the festival scene this summer. The best place to see her however? Down the Maverick Tap of course!

Food- Momo Nepalese Food 5pm-8pm
Music- Oli Patient Live Music 6-8pm
Momo specialise in delicious Nepalese street food with a modern twist. It's exclusively locally sourced and with seasonally fresh ingredients from this family run business. Think of a range of meaty and veggie momo (dumplings) to bao buns and sumptuous mixed noodle boxes. They've got all the sides to match, from samosas and homemade poppadoms to kimchi salads and corn ribs.

They'll be here with Oli Patient. It's not Oli's first rodeo and Maverick, and he always goes down a storm at the tap. He brings his own flair to well known covers and originals, and his acoustic tunes have been proven to get everyone singing and dancing.

We've got new favourites Smokey and the Bandit here for Texas BBQ treats! If you missed them before, Smokey and the Bandit "take TexMex to the TexMAX", with their Texan-Canadian chef bringing lip-smackin' South West dishes to the UK. They're truly experts in the field, you won't want to miss out.

Mulled Wine and Mince Pies by The Natural Cook Co
Anyone that came last year will remember how awesome our Christmas party was. We've got the parish council coming in to lead carols along with music from the very talented Laura Sillett. There will be homemade mince pies and mulled wine from the Natural Cook Co. to keep you going in the day before Maverick favourite Sprinkle of Saffron arrives to be serving up curries from 5pm. Seema will be here dishing out delicious fresh homemade contemporary curries and sides. We'll have lots of Maverick beers pouring and in cans to take away, as well as some surprises and specials. We'll be closing until March 2025 so you'll want to get down and make the most of our Christmas party, it's going to be mega!
