Below is the full schedule of booked food trucks, live music and special events that we have planned for 2024. Keep an eye out on social media for further updates, additions and one-off pop up special events too!

Live Music and Food Trucks

Our current list of food trucks, live semi-acoustic music and entertainment that is all free to access at the brewery. We aim to have a food offering on a Friday where possible and a food truck every Saturday of the weekend with music on the same day. We will always have free delivery available from the local 350 Burger team and also the Bordon Curry House for days when they is no on site food trucks to make sure you are looked after!

 

On bank holidays we also try to have even more music and food trucks available.

Friday 2nd August

Kothu Truck - 5pm to 8pm

This Saturday sees the return of the legends at Kothu Truck. Kothu are becoming a fan favourite at Maverick. Their Sri Lankan specialities pair so naturally with our hoppy, refreshing beers, and their menu is diverse from mutton rolls and samosas, to hearty and filling Kothu bowls. Tasty, nourishing and just the job with a couple of our beers!

Saturday 3rd August

Food Truck - Fire and Rocket - 5pm to 8pm

Live Music - Chloe and Tom Duo - 6.00pm to 8.00pm

Fire and Rocket are the “rolls Royce of outside catering”. They’re bringing delicious freshly baked sourdough pizzas and flatbreads. From Spicy meaty to portobello and goats cheese, there’s something for vegi’s and meat-eaters alike. 

Chloe and Tom are a Hampshire based acoustic pop cover duo. They’ve been performing individually for 15+ years with very different styles, although when they met it was apparent these styles complement each other perfectly for beautiful harmonies and lively playing. You won’t’ want to miss them!

Thursday 8th August

440 Theatre presents: A Midsummer Night's Dream (Shakesbeer)

Ticketed event with Smokey and the Bandit

We're excited to announce our friends at 440 Theatre are going to be performing Shakespeare at the taproom this summer! Come along to see a double bill of both A Midsummer Night's Dream AND Twelfth Night, performed one after the other. Both shows will be around 45 minutes each, and the reviews are already coming in hot.

We've got new favourites Smokey and the Bandit here for Texas BBQ treats! If you missed them before, Smokey and the Bandit "take TexMex to the TexMAX", with their Texan-Canadian chef bringing lip-smackin' South West dishes to the UK. They're truly experts in the field, you won't want to miss out.

Peppone's Street Food

This FRIDAY Peppones Street Food will be serving up their mouth-watering modern Mexican, African and Greek style street food. All cuisine is made with local ingredients, and with everything from quesadillas and tacos to gyros there’s something for everyone! Come and get stuck in.

10th August

Niko 6-8

Maverick favourite Sprinkle of Saffron are back next Saturday. Seema will be here serving up delicious fresh homemade contemporary curries and sides. They're all brilliant, the only bad thing is you might be too full to try them all! Bring some mates along and get sharing next Saturday, it's going to be a good one.

 

Niko is a full time composer of Film and TV and often performs under the moniker “VLMV”. His music has been described on BBC6 Music as “a beam of light through a dark, cold night”. You might have seen him perform as one half of the acoustic duo Niko and Rachael at our good friends at Brolly Brewing. Niko went down a storm there and we’re sure he will at Maverick.

Chaat Food Truck - 5pm to 8pm

Chaat Food Truck serve up authentic Indian street food with a modern twist. They’ve got a menu with mains as diverse as Pork Belly curry to Pav Bhaji for the veggies. They’ve also got all the trimmings to match, Manchurian, masala fish cakes and more. With this range there’s something for everybody and of course with ranging spice is perfect beer food!

17th August

Food Truck - Three Cuts Burgers

Live Music - Molly McKenna duo - 6pm to 8pm

This Saturday we've got regular faces Three Cuts Burgers back in action. True to their name, these guys will be serving up three cuts of beef and chicken from independent country butchers. Of course, they've also got a variety of veggie and vegan options. We particularly love the pork belly loaded fries, and you really can't go wrong with any of their burgers, from brisket and truffle to spicy fried chicken.

 

This Saturday we’ve got the Maverick debut of two talented musicians, the Harry Davies Duo. Harry plays in multiple bands around the South of England and will be bringing his guitar chops to equally talented singer/songwriter Molly McKenna’s powerful vocals. You might have caught them playing with full band the Space Fishermen, we’re lucky to have secured them for a special acoustic set on Saturday night. You won’t want to miss this!

Matt Mostyn duo 7-9

This August bank holiday we're celebrating in style!

Martin and his culinary nomad team are on a mission to serve incredible food with infectious smiles. They’ve got everything from Wagyu burgers to buttermilk chicken, and a whole host of veggie and vegan bites from delicious Buddha bowls, to curries and chillis. These guys are true to name and really know how to serve up Top Nosh!

 

 

This Saturday we’ve got the Maverick debut of two talented musicians, the Harry Davies Duo. Harry plays in multiple bands around the South of England and will be bringing his guitar chops to equally talented singer/songwriter Molly McKenna’s powerful vocals. You might have caught them playing with full band the Space Fishermen, we’re lucky to have secured them for a special acoustic set on Saturday night. You won’t want to miss this!

 

 

We've also got Matt Moystn back at the tap to see everyone through the evening. Matt is a sophisticated singer-songwriter who plays jazzy renditions of pop and soul classics. It's always a great time when matt plays, and this time we've got him in a double act with his equally talented sister, Lara. He's also been working hard on releasing original content lately and we can't wait to host some of his first live performances of them.

Mexicali Food truck - 5pm to 8pm

Mexicali food truck are serving up awesome Mexican food. They’ve got everything from loaded nachos to wholesome tacos and quesedillas with all sorts of delicious fillings. From chipotle chicken or garlic citrus pork to veggie and VEGAN options, you won’t want to miss these guys!

Saturday 31st August

Food Truck - Crumpy's Smoke Shack  - 5pm to 8pm

Live Music - Searching for Autumn - 7.00pm to 9.00pm

This Saturday we welcome the home of all things tasty and BBQ'd with Crumpy's Smoke Shack. Adam and his team specialise in smoked local produce- Surrey Farms' brisket, beef chuck and buttermilk fried chicken. Not only a treat for carnivores, Crumpy's offer mouth-watering vegetarian options with their signature smoky expertise- smoked Portobello mushroom burgers and a range of loaded fries. What a way to start off the weekend!

Searching for autumn are a local acoustic duo who play a mixture of original music and covers. Their own sound blends upbeat folk and soul influences with acoustic guitar, ranging from foot-tapping tunes to beautiful ballads.

Friday 6th September

Food Truck - Hungry Hog - 5pm to 8pm

"When you're hungry, come to the Hog" is the motto of The Hungry Hog. These guys are the kings of gourmet hog roast. They've got everything from dirty dogs to wagyu burgers, and of course their trademark pulled pork.

Saturday 7th September

Food Truck- Mexicali Food Truck

Live Music- Tom Key

Mexicali food truck are serving up awesome Mexican food. They’ve got everything from loaded nachos to wholesome tacos and quesedillas with all sorts of delicious fillings. From chipotle chicken or garlic citrus pork to veggie and VEGAN options, you won’t want to miss these guys!

Tom Key is a sophisticated singer/songwriter playing a blend of melodic, pop-influenced originals and soulful covers.

Friday 13th September

Sailing waves are an exciting duo comprised of female vocals and acoustic guitar. They cover old and new songs from pop to motown and rock, along with bringing an energetic performance. 

Friday 20th September

It's not Oli's first rodeo at Maverick, and he always goes down a storm with you guys. He always brings his own flare to well-known covers and originals, and his acoustic tunes have been proven to get everyone singing and dancing.

Friday 27th September

Live Music - Rhys Rowland - 6.00pm to 8.00pm

Rhys Rowland is a young singer/songwriter who plays both acoustic and exciting electric guitar. Expect a mixture of covers from pop to rock and some awesome originals.
